InsightJourney Preventive Online Course
Our certified preventive online course helps children, adolescents, and their families build emotional awareness, coping skills, and resilience in an engaging, story-driven format.
Through animated “emotion monsters,” interactive exercises, and gamified challenges, children learn to understand their feelings and respond with confidence — supported by accompanying guides for parents and caregivers.
The course is designed according to psychological best practices, informed by established therapies and our research, and is compliant with German prevention standards.
By partnering with health insurers, we make the program accessible and affordable for everyone. The program is also available in multiple languages.
InsightJourney Medical App (under development)
Building on years of research at the Max Planck Institute and Stanford University, our medical app supports clinicians and young patients in understanding and regulating emotions within therapy settings.
The app combines metacognitive training, gameful emotion tracking, and scientifically validated intervention principles to strengthen emotion regulation skills in children and adolescents.
Currently developed under ISO and MDR quality management standards, the app is in summative usability studies and preparing for clinical validation.
InsightJourney School Program (under development)
Our school-based program translates our scientific insights into the classroom — helping teachers integrate social-emotional learning (SEL) into everyday education.
It combines story-based workshops, teacher training modules, and digital tools that empower children to recognize and manage emotions together.
In partnership with educational institutions and mental health experts, we’re building a bridge between psychological science and early emotional education.
