About Us
und unsere InsightJourney :)
We are InsightJourney — a team born at the intersection of science, creativity, and care.
Founded by two friends turned co-founders, we combine expertise in psychology, cognitive science, and law with a shared mission:
to make mental health education engaging, evidence-based, and accessible for every child and family.
What started as a research project at the University of Osnabrück and the Max Planck Institute has grown into a mission to transfer academic knowledge into society — transforming rigorous science into playful, certified tools for prevention, therapy, and emotional growth.
Together with our growing team of students and collaborators, we’re building a full ecosystem of digital mental health products: from a medical app for clinical use to preventive online courses and school-based programs.
By working with clinics, schools, families, and insurers, we’re making mental health support both accessible and affordable.

About us,
We see InsightJourney as more than a company — it is the transfer of research into society. Our products are shaped by science and enriched by real-world application, turning knowledge into impact. We welcome collaborators from psychology, education, and technology who share our mission: making mental health both scientifically rigorous and playfully accessible.
We are two co-founders — Silvana and Victoria — and friends since the beginning of our studies at the University of Osnabrück. Our mission is to make mental health education available, engaging, and fun — starting at a very early age. To achieve this, we are taking on the challenge of transferring a project from academia into the highly regulated medical and prevention markets, working hand in hand with insurers, clinics, schools, and families. So yes — we are taking on the startup journey!
Today, together with co-founder Silvana Galindo LL.M, a lawyer specialized in data protection and IT law, and a growing team of dedicated and joyful students, we are transferring this knowledge from research into society. Our vision is to build a complete product line that supports children and families across the full spectrum of prevention and care. Alongside the medical app, we are launching an online prevention course for children, adolescents, and their families, as well as school-based programs. By partnering with health insurers, we make these programs both accessible and affordable.
